Living Room

The living room is a large spacious, open plan area with side access, and front access to the veranda.

Cosy seating for up to 6 guests, with a coffee table, flat screen tv, side table, lamps and standing fans.

Cable television, CD and DVD player, Ceiling fan, Internet access & Wifi.

There is a dining table that seats 6 and bar stools adjoining the kitchen bar.

There are ceiling fans and front access to the veranda as well as side access to the property.

There are black out blinds and a range of books and games.

Bathrooms

The master bedroom has a generous fully-tiled en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, sink, large walled mirror, hanging and storage area.

The main bathroom has a generous tiled walk-in shower area, wc, sink, large walled mirror with addutional make-up/shaving mirror and electric shaving socket.

Kitchen

A generous modern, fitted, separate kitchen with tiled counter tops, gas hob/grill/oven, extractor fan, large double fridge/freezer and ice maker, microwave, larder and built in wall and base cupboards.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of utensils, crockery, glassware, kettle, toaster, blender, and pots and pans.

We provide a secure safe and an initial welcome pack.

Utility Room

A large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, large sink, iron/ironing board access to the rear garden and outside drying facilities. Additional chairs provided for outside seating.

We provide a high chair and portable baby crib for children.

Outside

Veranda

Open access to veranda from the living area, with table and seating, providing views overlooking a lush flowering front lawn.

The elevated landscape of the property also affords stunning views from the veranda of the Caribbean flora and fauna and of the breathtaking Caribbean sea to the west of the property.

Garden

From the utility room there is access to a fenced, secure and private lawned rear garden, with mature tropical flowers, plants and outside lighting.

There is outside seating for dining, sunbathing and lounging with a large umbrella should you require shade.

There are drying facilities and an outside shower area for bathing and cooling off , all set within a planted landscape.
