Please note:
- There is a £200 damage deposit required, which is returned to guests on their departure and on inspection of the property. For long term rentals please call or email us.
- You will be given two sets of keys on arrival. There will be an additional charge for loss of keys.
- The villa can hold a maximum of 7 adults comfortably.
Booking notes
Please note:
- A non refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is required 8 weeks before your date of arrival.
- In the event of a last minute booking, the full amount will be required. Please call or email if your circumstances fall outside the above criteria.
- Check in time is 3pm.
- Check out time is 12 noon. There is a charge for late check out.
Change over day
Early arrivals and late checkouts can only be agreed in advanced and are not guaranteed. We do however try our best to accommodate guests wherever possible.
