Please note:
- We ask all guests to provide a £300 damage deposit, which will be returned on departure, and on inspection of the property. For long term rentals please call or email us.
- You will be given two sets of keys on arrival. There will be an additional charge for loss of keys.
- The villa can hold a maximum of 7 adults comfortably.
Booking notes
Please note:
- To book this villa a minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
- During the Crop over and Christmas seasons, we require a minimum of 7 nights stay. Please enquire to confirm the dates relating to each year.
- A non refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is required 8 weeks before your date of arrival.
- In the event of a last minute booking (within 2 weeks of arrival date), the full amount is required. Please call or email if your circumstances fall outside of the above criteria.
- Check in time is 3pm.
- Check out time is 12 noon. Please note, there is a charge for all late check outs.
Change over day
Early arrivals and late checkouts can only be agreed in advance and are not guaranteed. We do however try our best to accommodate guests wherever possible.
